Inspired by Lovestruck’s Strawberry Trifle animation, I’ve made my own! This a first attempt and I’d love to get to the quality of the trifle but enjoy my Too Easy Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad! I dare anyone who doesn’t like brussel sprouts to try this and be converted! Enjoy!

Love this gif! Such a great idea! I may pinch it if you don’t mind (if I ever get it together enough to begin posting again!) I’m ashamed to admit that I am one of the haters of brussel sprouts… I’m going to give this a try a see if I can be converted!
