Dessert

Whilst we were away on holiday in Sardinia eating a lot (photos to come) James’ awesome sister VC posted a recipe on our Facebook Fan Page which we thought was so lovely that we wanted to share here. Vicky can’t eat many things at the moment (think of everything you think of as being delicious…or vital to cooking…i.e eggs…no go) so she is being super inventive in the kitchen to still eat yummy things.

She didn’t write the full recipe but hope that she will write in the comments section below. We love the fact that she posted it on the page so if you have a recipe to share please post it and we will post it on here!

(Vegan) Raspberry Cheesecake Brownie (inspired by the hummingbird bakery).


Just a normal brownie recipe, with cheesecake mix on top, bake for 40 mins, cool and top with raspberry, icing sugar and cream mix.  For the vegan version, use soya cream, tofutti cheese and egg replacer.
